Silhouette® Window Shadings

Silhouette is introducing 12 new line extensions, for a total of 220 color/fabric combinations (16% more SKUs), all showcased in a stunning new sample book. The Quartette™ 4" vane is now available in every fabric option, with the UltraGlide® lifting system, with Specialty Shapes applications, and Two-On-One-Headrail with EasyRise™. The Matisse Collection® of colored sheers has a refreshed and expanded palette. The Palette® Fabric-Covered Headrail is now standard on all Silhouette shadings (except for The Alustra® Collection). There’s also a new nature-inspired fabric called, “Bouclé”, ideal for modern or Asian décors. The Naturelle™ fabric line, Trés Vue™ 2" vane size, Matisse 2" vane size and select colors are discontinued.

Somner® & Vertical Solutions® Select 

Hunter Douglas is re-launching these two vertical collections to redefine the fashion of vertical blinds! The Somner Custom Vertical Blind Collection offers the most complete collection of vinyl and fabric on the market. The Vertical Solutions Select Vertical Blinds Collection offers the consumer dozens of exciting styles, patterns and colors at affordable prices. Comprehensive sampling will introduce the consumer to all Hunter Douglas branded vertical blind programs. Specialty track systems and motorization are available. Valance and top treatment options include the new Crestover™ Wood Valance and SoftChoice® Top Treatments.

2008 Full-Line Reference & Price Guide

There's a new Hunter Douglas Reference Guide out Spring 2008. A price increase of approximately 3 - 5% is effective May 1. Reference Guides are available to order from Elmar Window Fashions ($35). The online Reference Guide, and most current version, can be found at dealers.hunterdouglas.com or within Elmar’s Support Site Knowledge Base.

Pirouette^® Window Shadings
NOW AVAILABLE TO SHOWCASE DEALERS!

Pirouette is subject to a 3.5% base price increase from May 1, 2008. This change will be reflected in the online Reference Guide. Initially offered to Centurion Club and Gallery Dealers, this collection is now available to Showcase Dealers.

Country Woods® Exposé™ Wood Cornices
NOW AVAILABLE TO SHOWCASE DEALERS!

Add the perfect finishing touch to every sale with the new Country Woods Exposé Wood Cornice Program. It’s a lucrative upgrade program that creates additional profit opportunities by extending the sale beyond the window. From May 2008, Keystones are available with the Exposé Fontana Ridge Collection. The customer can now order multiple Keystones per valance, customize the Keystone position, or order Keystones in contrasting colors. Initially offered to Centurion Club and Gallery Dealers, this collection is now available to Showcase Dealers.

The new introductions for Spring 2008 for Silhouette window shadings, Luminette® Privacy Sheers and Vignette® Modern Roman Shades are designed to increase Alustra sales opportunities, profits and retail differentiation.

• Silhouette has longer drops to fit windows up to 144" x 126", Quartette 4" Two-On-One Headrail with EasyRise, Quartette 4" Specialty Shapes, Standard Tilt-Only for 3" and Quartette 4" vane sizes, and Tilt-Only Low Profile Headrail for the 3" vane size only.
• Luminette has Tilt-Only Sidelights.
• Vignette has the Top-Down/Bottom-Up option for 6" Traditional fold on the EasyRise lifting system.

With My Brand Builder, you have the ability to customize content, resize templates and email artwork directly to a publisher, right at your fingertips. Through My Brand Builder you can also download Hunter Douglas logos and seals for use in designing your own material. Coming soon for Heritance is the addition of 95 standard colors, custom color matching, new specialty shapes, new 4½" louver, new frame profiles and several specification improvements.
