Craig Garretson, President & General Manager
Craig Garretson is an entrepreneurial Executive who became the CEO of Elmar in 1980, establishing the business as an exclusive Hunter Douglas fabricator, and brought the company to new heights. Craig developed strong relationships with Hunter Douglas, and built his own business around the core values of excellence, teamwork, growth and honesty. His visionary leadership moved Elmar into the leading role of Hunter Douglas fabricator in the United States. Craig is known by his colleagues and peers as a gracious and empathetic leader who continuously emphasizes issues of high quality standards and excellent customer service. Craig holds a BS degree from Temple University and is considered an icon in the Window Fashion industry. Craig resides with his family in New Hope, PA.

Todd Garretson, Director of Sales
Todd Garretson, eldest son of Craig Garretson, grew up watching his father develop the family business and became entrenched in the business at a very young age. During his developmental years in high school and college, Todd gained experience in every aspect and department of Elmar Window Fashions. After graduating, Todd continued his career at Elmar in sales and marketing. Todd quickly became an expert in deciphering customer needs, and worked with Craig to develop a sales force that could do the same. In 2005, Todd became the General Manager of Sales, and his team exceeded all sales records in the history of Elmar. Todd holds a BA degree from Muhlenberg College and mirrors his Father’s innovative and empathetic spirit. Todd resides with his family in Charlotte, NC.

Earl Seeger, Vice President, Finance
Earl Seeger is a Finance Executive with 20 years experience in managing all financial aspects within the manufacturing industry. Earl joined Elmar in 1989, has been promoted multiple times, and now holds the position as the Head of Finance. Under Earl’s direction and leadership, Elmar’s revenue has multiplied ten times during his tenure. Prior to joining Elmar Window Fashions, Earl was employed in the printing industry, where he held the position of Controller, and implemented significant cost-saving initiatives over a 5 year period. Earl holds a BS degree from LaSalle University. He resides with his family in Doylestown, PA.

Mark Harris, Plant Manager
Mark began his career at Elmar in 2002 as Engineering Manager and has been promoted multiple times. He was instrumental in setting up a world class shutter plant that has witnessed significant growth in a relatively short period of time. His advancements with a paperless processing system for shutters are presently being adopted throughout the entire Hunter Douglas fabrication division. Mark's focus on improving efficiencies at Elmar, by instituting numerous changes within our core product fabrication processes, has contributed to Elmar's reputation as a leader and innovator of Lean Manufacturing. Mark now oversees the company's Operations Group as Plant Manager. Prior to joining Elmar, Mark spent 3 years with corporate Hunter Douglas. Mark holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Delaware. He resides with his family in Doylestown, PA.

Sharon Nash, Director of Customer Support
Sharon joined Elmar in 2004 as Customer Support Manager. Prior to joining Elmar, Sharon was Director of Consumer Services for Cigna Group Life. With over 15 years in Customer Support and Training, Sharon's experience has been invaluable in the development of Elmar's Customer Support Team. Sharon established statistical reports to measure and forecast Customer Support workload and performance, identify areas for improvement, and improve quality. She most recently led Elmar's  implementation of the SAP system. Sharon is overseeing the expansion and training of our team of Customer Support professionals, with a particular focus on ordering, technical and web support, to ensure our customers receive exemplary service 24/7. Sharon holds a Degree in English from East Carolina University and resides with her family in Lehigh Valley, PA.
