Customer Support Reorganization!
As a result of direct feedback from our dealers, effective September 17, 2007, Elmar’s Customer Support Team has a new, more customer-focused structure than ever before! Most importantly, there are new numbers for our dealers to call. Our team is now divided into three Regional Support Teams for the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast regions. Each of these teams has a Team Leader, Technical Specialist, Web Specialist and Associates who work closely with our customers and their Elmar Sales Consultant, responding to their needs more efficiently and promptly.
