Shipping & Handling Charges Changes

Due to the rising transportation costs reflected with delivering product on our company vans, UPS, Fed-Ex and Common Carrier, the Hunter Douglas Fabrication Division and Elmar Window Fashions will be implementing new country-wide shipping and handling charges on all orders. The new charges will go into effect September 2, 2008. Please review our Shipping & Handling Charges Reference Sheet as a guide.

DirectConnect® $1 OFF Promotion

Customer Support Reorganization!

As a result of direct feedback from our dealers, effective September 17, 2007, Elmar’s Customer Support Team has a new, more customer-focused structure than ever before! Most importantly, there are new numbers for our dealers to call. Our team is now divided into three Regional Support Teams for the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast regions. Each of these teams has a Team Leader, Technical Specialist, Web Specialist and Associates who work closely with our customers and their Elmar Sales Consultant, responding to their needs more efficiently and promptly. Our customers now speak to the same few key individuals to resolve almost all of their issues. The new teams and numbers to call are:
