Elmar is proud to continue offering our one-of-a-kind, exciting and intense installation training for Hunter Douglas Core Products and Shutters. The 3-day, hands-on installation workshops utilize life-size window and door openings to help you become better skilled in the installation of all Hunter Douglas window fashions. NEW FORMAT! You can now attend individual Days 1, 2 or 3 of our Installer Solutions classes!

You will: 

• Gain an advanced knowledge of the Hunter Douglas window fashions products, specifications, features and benefits.
• Enhance your ability to measure, troubleshoot, repair and adjust all Hunter Douglas window fashions through several hands-on assembly exercises.
• Utilize life-size windows and door display openings, including bay, arch, angled and corner.
• Become a certified Hunter Douglas Journeyman in shutters through a hands-on and written testing procedure.
• Gain access to Elmar’s Installation Specialists as a support system to assist you with your first installation.

Installer Solutions Core Products Overview:
Day 1 teaches the technical aspects of Hunter Douglas shadings (features, benefits, how to measure and place orders), as well as sales skills that will help you identify and close more sales. Day 2 will focus on installation in true hands-on style, installing the products as if right out of the box. Day 3 is hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs practice.

Installer Solutions Shutters Overview: 
Day 1 weaves sales skills in with training on how to choose the right shutter and the right options for each job. Attendees will learn how to measure, fill out order forms, and how shutters are installed. Day 2 is an Apprentice class, satisfying Hunter Douglas Installer requirements. Attend both Days 2 and 3 to become Journeyman certified.
