eHardware System

Industry-wide, the number one quality-related problem is missing parts. Our Electronic Barcode Scanning System makes it virtually impossible to ship incorrect or incomplete hardware and is a great example of how we differentiate ourselves through Engineered Quality. You can confidently arrive at every installation knowing you will have all the hardware you need to do the job properly.

Valance Cutting System

Elmar has developed a proprietary Valance Cutting System for the Wood and Alternative Wood Departments. This system uses Digital Actuators which allow us to uniquely deliver accurate return lengths time after time, cut shorter returns as small as ½", verify valance profiles and ensure overall width precisely matches the original order information. The Valance Station's program controls guide the operator through each step of the process to eliminate errors.

Another Elmar exclusive - just as widths are transferred from the internet to our manufacturing equipment, now the length can be transferred directly, as well - eliminating the need for unreliable tape measures!
