Typically, customers will carry the full line of Hunter Douglas sample books, which can be purchased through Elmar. We consistently ship product in 3-5 days and can service the entire US. What is the difference between DirectConnect® and "My Elmar Login"?
DirectConnect® is a section of the website that allows dealers to enter quotes, place orders, check the status of existing orders and much more. Access to DirectConnect established by Elmar and you will be able to access your personalized account information.
"My Elmar Login" is the entrance to the "dealers only" section of the website. This private section is filled with more information than the general sections, including product support information, marketing and promotional information and the exclusive Knowledge Base. How can I gain access to DirectConnect® to order online and check the status of my orders?
DirectConnect is a tool that allows current customers to manage their account online. You can enter quotes, place orders, check the status of your order, run sales reports and much more. Due to the fact the solution is account sensitive; you cannot setup a login and password yourself. Instead, you must email websupport@elmarinc.com and a login and password will quickly be established for you.
