The Hunter Douglas Gallery program is an alliance among selected independent storefront window fashions retailers, Hunter Douglas and Elmar Window Fashions. The goal is to provide consumers with the retail experience they deserve - a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience - from the time they first inquire about Hunter Douglas products until the time their window fashions are delivered and installed.
Requirements
The Hunter Douglas Gallery program is designed for full-service, financially stable, independently owned retail stores - dealers who are dedicated to promoting the Hunter Douglas Gallery brand. Preferred attributes include:
Your Store: main street location with high traffic volume; 1500sq' showroom with minimum 425sq' dedicated to the Hunter Douglas Gallery display.
Your Products & Service: a multi-product home furnishings retailer, offering value added services such as measuring, installation and at-home consultancy, and maintaining 75% or more of Hunter Douglas business.
Your Reputation: good reputation within industry, community, Hunter Douglas and Elmar Window Fashions, and full commitment to excellent customer service.
